I made my order in July. Item was too small and I contacted company to arrange return. After their advise I have sent it back and they confirmed via email that it has been arrived. Refund should be done in 30 calendar days as by their policy. Now is 29th December and I have not received my money back. When I checked reviews I realized I am not the only with this issue. They are just promising via email to contact finance team to refund ASAP but nothing is done.
